The location of the hotel was very convenient for hiking and cycling trips, with many trails starting right from the village. The nearby restaurants and grocery shops were also very handy. We especially enjoyed the provided Guest Pass and the bus service. The outdoor pool area was the cherry on top, offering a very relaxing and cozy ambiance.
The check-in experience was a bit difficult, with a lack of English-speaking staff and a confusing process. We were also distracted by the noise from the nearby road and had some trouble with the internet connection.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the Dolomites. The location is great, with many nearby hikes, a bus service, and a grocery shop just a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. Our outdoor pool area was very relaxing, and the apartments were spacious with beautiful mountain views.
The internet wasn't working during our stay, and we had to use a hotel's facility nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they provided. This hotel had great facilities such as a pool area where we could relax. The breakfast was really good and well-presented. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the mountains, with easy access to various amenities such as shops and supermarkets. the view from the room was breathtaking and the fresh mountain air was invigorating.
The room was quite noisy due to traffic, so it was hard to sleep at night. the staff's lack of English proficiency made communication difficult at times.
